Windows 8 Consumer Preview Crossed One Million Downloads

Yesterday was a great day for both Microsoft and Windows lovers.We got a brand new Windows operating system with more than 1000 changes since the previous windows version.Another great news was a brand new logo for windows operating system.Al together it’s a great week 🙂

Microsoft windows development team just announced in twitter that windows 8 consumer preview already crossed 1 million download with in 24 hours  of launch and it’s still counting. Build windows team tweeted  “One day later…one million downloads of the consumer preview ”. please note that windows 8 consumer preview is not the stable windows 8 release  but the response from the windows lovers is awesome.

It looks like Microsoft prepared well this time before launching a preview version of the next front line windows operating system.As per the latest reports the consumer preview version of windows 8 is doing better than what windows 7 consumer preview done back in 2009.
