How To Fix iPhone Crash Text Message

As you all know, the iPhone crash text message first reported by many users from us and Apple still looking to find out what exactly happening. This is a new bug that may be in the core component of iOS or OS X that causes the device’s Messages apps including iMessages,snapchat,Twitter etc to crash and iPhones to reboot if it receives a certain chracters including some Arabic characters, via text message.

Apple still not released any offical fix yet but surely they will release a fix soon and will be avilable via software update. Apple official statement is quoted below.

“Apple is aware of an iMessage issue caused by a specific series of Unicode characters, and we will make a fix available in a software update,” the company says.”Until the update is available, you can use these steps to re-open the Messages app.”

Mean time you can use below method to combat the iPhone Crash Text Message

  1. First of all ask Siri to “read unread messages.”

  2. Then use Siri to reply to the malicious message. After you reply, you’ll be able to open Messages again.

  3. If it not solved the issue, tap and hold the malicious message, tap More, and delete the message from the thread.
